Working closely with the People Partnering and Insights Manager and wider People Team, you'll play an important role in ensuring fair, consistent and positive colleague experiences while supporting organisational objectives.

  • Conduct investigations, interviews and prepare comprehensive investigation reports.
  • Support managers to resolve people issues informally and proactively where appropriate.
  • Facilitate mediation discussions and support conflict resolution.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers to strengthen people management capability.
  • Support organisational change initiatives, consultations and restructures.
  • Analyse people data and trends to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of an inclusive, supportive and high-performing workplace culture.

About You

You'll be an experienced employee relations professional who enjoys building strong relationships and providing practical solutions to complex people challenges.

You'll bring:

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
  • Experience independently managing complex employee relations casework.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to coach and support managers with confidence and credibility.
  • Sound judgement and the ability to make balanced, fair and risk-aware decisions.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience analysing data and using insights to support decision-making.
  • A commitment to diversity, inclusion, wellbeing and creating positive workplace experiences.
  • Experience supporting organisational change programmes.
  • Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
