About Loose Road — Who Will You Support?

Looking for a role that's full of fun, variety and meaningful moments?

Our supported living service in Loose, Kent is home to six fantastic young women with learning disabilities, autism and visual impairments. We support each person to live as independently as possible, make their own choices and enjoy the things that matter most to them.

No two days are the same. You could be supporting someone to learn a new recipe, get creative with arts and crafts, go swimming, travel into London, attend work, meet friends or even enjoy a day at a theme park.

We're looking for caring, positive and enthusiastic people who enjoy building relationships and supporting others to achieve their goals. If you're a great listener, enjoy being active and love celebrating achievements big and small, this could be the role for you.

The ladies we support have big personalities, varied interests and ambitious goals. It's a warm, welcoming service where laughter is never in short supply and every day brings new opportunities to make a difference.

Flexibility is important as shifts vary to meet the needs of the people we support. Once you've completed your training, you'll also take part in sleep-in shifts, which are paid separately from your contracted hours.
