This is a physical, hands-on role, and to succeed you'll have;
• Good spoken and written English
• A full UK manual driving licence
• The right to live and work in the UK
• A practical, active approach to work, with the ability to support people throughout the day

You don’t need previous experience to make a difference. We provide full training, ongoing support, and hands‑on guidance from day one. What really matters is your attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn, and for this particular role you will need to learn how to swim.

As a Support Worker, you’ll help people live fuller, more independent lives by:
- Supporting daily routines – from morning care to bedtime
- Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing
- Contributing to tailored support plans
- Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference

- Driving a pool / personal car for daily activities
