• Good spoken and written English
• A full UK manual driving licence
• The right to live and work in the UK
• A practical, active approach to work, with the ability to support people throughout the day
• A caring, positive and resilient mindset
If you genuinely care about people, we can teach you the rest.
How Will You Make a Difference?
As a Support Worker, you’ll help people live fuller, more independent lives by:

- Planning and enjoying person‑centred activities — walks, shopping and trips out
- Building trusted, respectful relationships that support confidence and wellbeing
- Keeping clear and accurate records
- Working closely with colleagues and professionals
This is a role where building strong relationships is just as important as providing practical support.
