Hours: 37.5hrs per week, permanent
Driving Licence: UK Manual Driving Licence preferred, but not essential

• A full UK manual driving licence

Who You’ll Be Supporting
We’re looking for compassionate, resilient support workers to empower young adults as they take the exciting step into their new homes. You will be supporting individuals who have complex needs - including autism, learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and physical disabilities - helping them thrive in their new homes.
We are looking for experienced, patient and upbeat support workers who can bring energy and empathy to daily living, mobility and emotional wellbeing. If you're ready to be part of something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you!
We will need you to have experience in at least two of the following:
- Autism and Learning Disabilities
- Mental health needs
- Physical and sensory disabilities
- Positive Behaviour Support
