At Leatherhead Support Service we support people with challenging behaviours and high levels of anxiety who struggle with change and unpredictability. They require a clear routine and plan for the day. They require the team to be consistent and confident, offering information and choice in a non-demanding way.

The people we support love being out and about in the community. Going to the beach and walking along the sea front is one of their favourite things to do. They enjoy swimming and water-based activities, listening to music, dancing, and attending social gatherings.

Safer Recruitment

• Documentary evidence to confirm your identity, current address, and the right to work in the UK.
• Health Declaration to ensure that you are medically suitable for the role you have been offered. 
• References will be obtained to ensure satisfactory evidence of conduct in current or previous employment concerned with the provision of services relating to (a) health or social care, or (b) children or vulnerable adults.
