This is a physical, hands‑on role, and to succeed you’ll have:
• Good spoken and written English
• A full UK manual driving licence
• The right to live and work in the UK

As a Support Worker, you’ll help people live fuller, more independent lives by:
- Supporting daily routines from morning to bedtime
- Planning and enjoying person‑centred activities — walks, shopping and trips out

- Working closely with colleagues and professionals
