Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £13.00 per hour (£25,350 per annum) plus benefits.
Hours: Guaranteed 37.5 hours per week – stability you can count on
Driving Licence: Manual UK licence is essential

What You’ll Need
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- The ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a 7-day availability
- Previous experience in a care/support setting
- The ability to work long shifts (12 hours +)
- A valid manual UK driving licence
- The legal right to live and work in the UK
- The ability to work one "sleep-in" per week (at a rate of £50 per night on top of base salary)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily routines – from morning care to bedtime
- Going out and about! Daily activities, local trips and whole days out.
- Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing
- Contributing to tailored support plans
- Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
- Supporting with meal preparation in partnership with those we support
- Keeping accurate support notes – every detail matters
- One "sleep-in" per week in a comfortable, spacious room with en-suite bathroom

Based across 16 vibrant apartments, we support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and sight loss to live fulfilling, independent lives.
