This is a physical, hands-on role, and to succeed you'll have;
• Good spoken and written English
• A full UK manual driving licence
• The right to live and work in the UK

About the Home
Redhill Supported Living is expanding, and we’re looking for kind, motivated people to join our welcoming, non‑judgemental team.
Based across 16 vibrant apartments, we support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and sight loss to live fulfilling, independent lives, and now we’re building our next generation of exceptional Support Workers.
We’re also expanding our shared homes, supporting five incredible individuals to live fuller, more independent lives — and we’re looking for caring people to be part of their journey.
