What We’re Looking For?
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Previous experience in a care or support setting
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- A full UK manual driving licence
- The legal right to live and work in the UK
- A caring, resilient and motivated approach
How you'll make a difference every day
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping people live fulfilling and independent lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Bringing structure and support to everyday life- From morning to bedtime
- Creating fun, person‑centred support- Encourage independence through planning and executing person-centred activities: farms, swimming, shopping, travel, holidays etc
- Building meaningful, therapeutic relationships - Support emotional wellbeing, mobility and social inclusion
- Keeping accurate records - Contribute to support plans and daily notes
- Teamwork -Work collaboratively with colleagues and professionals
This is a hands on, meaningful role where relationship building is just as important as practical support.

About the Home
You’ll be supporting six young adults in their own homes, helping individuals with a range of complex needs, including:
- Autism
- Learning disabilities
- Mental health conditions
- Physical disabilities
- Behaviours that may challenge
