Interim Quality Data Analysis Lead (iPlanit Lead) - Fixed Term Maternity Leave Cover

Your role

This role is central to delivering SeeAbility’s Great Expectations Quality of Life Strategy. You will lead the smooth and efficient operation of our digital support planning system, iPlanit, through a blend of administration, quality assurance, reporting and coaching. Your contribution will empower our support teams to use iPlanit confidently and consistently—ultimately helping the people we support to live, love, thrive and belong each day.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting teams with all systems and approaches related to our Quality-of-Life Strategy, including:
  1. iPlanit use and reporting (main responsibility)
  2. To provide support to teams in respect of log-in, user and password management
  3. The Quality-of-Life Web
  4. Occasional reviewing/auditing of support records
  5. Where needed, developing best practice guides and sessions for iPlanit functions.
  6. Person centred thinking and practice
  7. Supporting team iPlanit champions and practice leaders 

Other duties and responsibilities:

  • Speaking up about support that you may have concerns about, using your voice to influence better outcomes
  •  Act as an ambassador for the organisation by ensuring your own networks are aware that people with learning disabilities are more likely than others to have sight problems. Encourage others to consider and recognise signs and symptoms of sight problem and to take action
  • To assist in maintaining a safe working environment and to follow the requirements of SeeAbility's Health and Safety Manual (policies and procedures) and any local codes of set working practices.
  • Contributing to the service by sharing views and ideas so we can improve the way we work
  • To take responsibility for using all our resources wisely and monitoring the efficiency of our services, ensuring that our services are always adapting to meet the needs of the people we support.
  • To liaise effectively and efficiently with other Operational colleagues and undertake tasks relating to the Digital System as required in respect of these demands
  • To talk passionately about our work, sharing stories about the difference it makes and reach out to individuals, companies or groups you know that might be able to support our cause either financially or by volunteering for us.

Knowledge & qualifications

  • GCSE level English or equivalent (D)
  • IT literate with ability to use Windows, using MS Word as main package with MS Excel (E)
  • Extensive knowledge of person-centred support and services 

Experience

  • Proven experience of providing a general, stand alone, administration service (E)
  • Experience of working closely with quality and compliance systems and practice in social care organisations (E)
  • Experience of working as part of a busy team (D)
