Senior Support Worker- Make Everyday Matter 

Location:

Aylesbury, Oxfordshire

Salary:

£13.53 per hour

Hours:

7.00am – 2:30pm, 2.30 pm – 10.00pm, Sleep in 10:00pm -7:00am (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis. Please note, the shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support)

Contract:

Full time, Permanenet

What You’ll Need

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • You'll have A QCF in Health & Social Care level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake a level 3 in Health & Social Care and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living.
  • Previous experience in a care/support setting
  • A valid manual UK driving licence (Optional)
  • The legal right to live and work in the UK

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ability to lead by example, being professional, patient and calm under pressure -Supporting daily routines – from morning support to bedtime
  • You'll supervise daily outputs and assist the deputy manager in managing staff performance, development and appraisals
  • Ensure the people, you will assist and their families, are treated with respect, dignity, and equality
  • Work in accordance with SeeAbility’s values
