What We're Looking For:
The Strategic Visionary
- Senior management experience in social care
- QCF Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of CQC requirements and health & social care regulations
The Inspirational Leader
- Exemplary leadership skills with a coaching and collaborative approach working closely with Operational Director and provides strong leadership to the Home Managers and support to the wider teams.
- Experience in leading Home Managers, team members and colleagues to ensure standards of performance are maintained and continuously improved wherever possible.
- Working closely and building relationships with families and commissioners
- Proven track record of managing change and delivering service improvements
The Passionate Advocate
- Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and Autism principles
- Experience working with people with Learning Disabilities
- Passion for promoting Quality of Life for the people we support
- Commitment to promoting rights, inclusion, choice, and dignity
The Commercially-Minded Professional
- Strong budget and resource management skills
- Experience collaborating with Local Authorities and Commissioners
- Commercial acumen with focus on value-for-money service delivery
- Advocating compliance and implementation of best practice
