Role Description

Community Admin Volunteer 

Location: Remote

Time Commitment: 4-8 hours per week (flexible days)

This is an exciting new role to help SeeAbility promote events and what is happening throughout the charity.

You will be assisting in the promoting of events on local webpages and social media, reaching out and building relationships with local community groups, making connections with local councils, rotary clubs, newspapers and social hubs. This information will then all be recorded on excel spreadsheets and communicated with our fundraising team.

Skills required

  • To be proficient in Microsoft Office Software, especially in Excel.
  • To be proficient on teams.
  • Very good organisational skills.
  • To be punctual and reliable.
  • To be able to deal with information in line with our data protection and confidentiality procedures.
  • To undertake any other reasonable tasks agreed by the volunteer and the manager.
