I’m absolutely thrilled about moving into my very own apartment in Redhill, with the amazing support of SeeAbility. This is a huge step for me—and I’m looking for someone truly special to join my journey.
I need a dedicated, compassionate support workers who are experienced in working with young adults with complex health needs. But more than that, I’m looking for someone who’s energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to embrace life with me!

🧡 Active & Engaged: You’ll need to be physically fit to help me with my wheelchair and trike, and motivated to support me with my physio exercises—yes, that includes dancing with me while I do them!
🏊♀️ Water-Loving: I love swimming, so you’ll need to be confident in the pool and happy to swim alongside me.
🍳 Nutrition-Focused: Good food is important to me! I’d love someone who enjoys cooking fresh, healthy meals from scratch.
🎶 Positive & Resilient: I make unique noises that are part of who I am. It’s important that you’re understanding and able to manage this with patience and care.
🚗 Driver Required: You’ll be supporting me during day services and community outings on a 2:1 basis, so a valid driver’s license is essential.
