Join an Incredible Young Woman’s Journey in Redhill!
A vibrant young woman is about to move into her first apartment in Redhill, supported by SeeAbility, and she’s looking for someone truly special to join her team.
This is more than a job. It’s a chance to build a meaningful relationship, support someone in living life to the fullest, and be part of a joyful, active, and empowering journey.
What makes this role unique?
- Active & Engaged – You’ll support her with physio (yes, dancing included!), help with her wheelchair and trike, and encourage her to stay active and independent.
- Confident in Water – She loves swimming, so you’ll need to be happy and capable in the pool.
- Nutrition-Focused – She enjoys fresh, healthy meals—so if you love cooking, that’s a big plus!
- Patient & Positive – She communicates in her own unique way, and your understanding, resilience, and care will help her thrive.
- Driver Required – You’ll accompany her to day services and community outings (2:1 support), so a full UK manual driving licence is essential.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll bring experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Autism and Learning Disabilities
- Physical Disabilities (wheelchair use)
- Behaviours that Challenge
- Emotional Resilience
But most importantly, you’ll be:
- Compassionate and calm under pressure
- Energetic and proactive
- Passionate about empowering others
Why apply?
You’ll be part of a supportive team, helping someone live independently and joyfully. Every day will be different, and every moment will matter.
If you’re ready to make a real impact and be part of something truly special—we’d love to hear from you!
