We are a forward thinking supported living service, always striving to improve and find better ways of doing things. We are an established staff team who share a passion for making a difference to the people we support in whatever way we can.

Who do we support?

We support ten people in their own flats on one site.

One of them would like to tell you more about themselves:

My name is Ed. I like to chat and I like people to chat with me. I like to look smart when dressing for the day. I like going out and about, going for coffee, seeing and saying hello to people I like in the shops. I love going for trips in a car when possible. One of my favourite things is going to the disco and dancing with my friends. I love speaking to people on the phone, especially my family and friends. I also love me food as healthy as possible, and doing bits in my home for myself. I sometimes struggle to understand situations, and I need some help with this. I am looking for someone who is understanding, patient and caring.

What are we looking for:

Commitment to continuous learning and personal growth

Someone with some previous experience in a social care type setting.

Driver is desirable.

Male support worker preferred.
