About The Role

Role Overview – Support Worker

Supported Living Service for Adults with Learning Disability. Full time permanent

contracts, full training provided, DBS paid for, excellent career progression opportunities with an award-winning healthcare provider. You will join an established staff team, who share a passion for providing an excellent, person centred approach for our service users.

You will provide care and support, personalised to each Service User in line with their Care Plan. You will work within the team to provide individual high quality person-centred care to Service Users, supporting each to reach their optimum potential.

We are a group of 16 younger adults who have complex learning, sight loss and healthcare needs, we need to enjoy really great days and be supported to be comfortable and sleep well at night. Would you like to help us?

About You:

We are looking for a passionate individual who is willing to undertake further training if necessary. Also experience with working with people with Visual impairment or other disabilities, social care experience & Experience of providing personalized support.

The ability to drive and access to your own vehicle would be essential.
