Location: Fir Tree Lodge, Tadley, Hampshire, RG26
Salary: £10.42 per hour + Benefits
Hours: part time, weekends only, Saturday and Sunday
No experience necessary, we will provide training!

Who will you be supporting?
Fir Tree Lodge is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to people with a range of disabilities who require assistance with daily living tasks. This may include personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and transportation to appointments or activities.
About you
- Looking for part-time hours on a rota basis, covering a combination of weekend support
- A compassionate and patient approach to working with the people we support who have diverse needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Share out values of embracing differences, promoting inclusivity and respect one another
- Hold UK Driving License
Key responsibilities
- Provide support with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Accompany the people we support to appointments and activities
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and provide reports as necessary
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the people we support at all times
