Waking Night Support Worker- Part time
Location: Wellington, Somerset, TA21
Salary: £21,060 per year (Pro-rata) + Benefits
Hours: 20 hours per week
No experience necessary, we will provide training!
Who will you be supporting?
Fiennes House is a residential home for adults who are young at heart with a range of disabilities including visual impairments, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and mental health.
There’s no such thing as a “typical day” for one of our Support Workers. You never know what you might end up doing. You could be supporting someone to make their breakfast in the morning, providing personal care, administering medication or even going on holiday.
This is a challenging role but very rewarding for the right person. Our homes each have their own welcoming and experienced team of Support Workers, Deputy’s and Managers who will assist you in your journey and help your professional development.

About you
You will be looking for part-time hours and happy to work on a rota basis, covering nights.
Although we welcome you if you've been a Care Assistant, Support Worker or equivalent, experience isn’t necessary. At SeeAbility, our values are of upmost importance to us, paired with a kind, caring and an enthusiastic approach.

As a Waking Night Support Worker you will:
- Provide emotional support to individuals and their families.
- Provide support for individuals, such as helping with household tasks, personal care and paperwork
- Support with regular visual checks throughout the night
- Support with medication at night time via various different routes of administration including Gastrostomy

Training and Development
