Bank Support Worker
Location: Clanfield, Waterlooville, PO8
Salary: £10.42 per hour + Benefits
Hours: full time or part time, on a shift rota basis.

Who will you be supporting?
We provide supported living services for adults with a range of disabilities. We specialise in supporting and assisting people with sight loss and offer individual personalised support in people's own homes throughout the Clanfield. We aim to excel as a specialist provider of quality care and support, ensuring the people we support are at the heart of everything we do at Waterlooville.
Our homes each have their own welcoming and experienced team of Support Workers, Deputy’s and Managers who will assist you in your journey and help your professional development.
About you
You will be looking for full-time or part - time hours and happy to work on a rota basis, covering a combination of mornings, evenings and weekend support.
Although we welcome you if you've been a Care Assistant, Support Worker or equivalent, experience isn’t necessary. At SeeAbility, our values are of upmost importance to us, paired with a kind, caring and an enthusiastic approach.
As a support worker you will:
- Provide emotional support to individuals and their families.
- Provide support for individuals, such as helping with household tasks, personal care and paperwork.
- Assisting with activities and accessing the local community
- Support and monitor their healthcare needs, including administering medication, attending appointments and with training, completing health actions plans.
