About The Role

Have you ever thought about working in a care setting and really making a difference for other people?

We are a group of 16 younger adults who have complex learning, visual impairments and healthcare needs, we need to enjoy really great days and be supported to be comfortable and sleep well at night. Would you like to help us?

We need caring, physically fit people to join the day and night teams here at SeeAbility’s Heather House in Tadley. We need you to help us with everything we do. Our comfort, health and well-being are really important to us. You must have great attention to detail and be able to understand and follow our written support plans, with the ability to speak and write clearly in English.

The staff that already work with us would help you understand our needs and give you the training and support you would want to help you learn and feel valued by us all. You will need to be able to work shifts and at weekends.

About You:
