Start your day knowing you’ll make a difference!

You don’t have to be a miracle worker although that would be great. You don’t even need previous experience, as you’ll benefit from an industry leading induction and training programme. You just need to be extraordinary and make each and every day extraordinary for the people we support!

SeeAbility encourages people with disabilities to challenge what they expect from life, from themselves and from wider society. The people we support overcome huge barriers to achieve exciting new things every day: some big, some small, all extraordinary. They challenge us all to rethink disability.

As a support worker your contribution will be invaluable. Supporting the manager, deputy manager and other team members you’ll work as a team to provide support to people with Learning disabilities and/or Autism, helping them to live  independently. No one day will be the same, one day you could be on a white knuckle ride at a theme park and the next day supporting a person in their workplace.
