About The Role
Are you an experienced administrator, with excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail? We're currently looking for a HR Coordinator to join our HR Team and provide additional support across the team at a period of business growth.

Our HR function ensures we have the right people with the right skills and training in place to support our vision and business goals.In this role you will provide a first class administrative and support service to the Human Resources Function, acting as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries, providing advice and guidance and redirecting customer queries, both internal and external, to the most appropriate person.

You will work with two other administrators to complete administration across the whole employee life cycle. This will include producing HR reporting that assists the business in continual improving our employee experience, planning and arranging our training to support our people to be the best they can be and administrating employee changes to ensure everyone in the organisation is reward correctly. 

About You:
To be successful in this role you'll have proven experience of delivering and efficient an effective administration and support service in a busy office environment ideally supporting a HR function. You'll be able to listen and assimilate information whilst maintaining strict confidentiality and be pro active and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and identify solutions when necessary.
