Salary: £17,062.50 - £17,355 per annum +benefits

Location: Fairways, Aldershot

Hours: This Role is Shift Work (early 7.30am-3pm, late 2pm-10pm, sleep ins 10pm-7am. Up to 37.5 hours per week including alternative weekends and bank holidays.

Full UK driving license is required for this role.

Fairways is a residential service for six adults with a range of disabilities including visual impairment, autism, dementia, mental health and learning disabilities. The people you will get to know and support will have a range of needs, but experience in care and support is not essential.

The role will include:

  • personal care
  • manual handling
  • preparing meals and other household tasks
  • administering medication
  • arranging and taking part in daily activities and outings
  • providing help to access community facilities
  • manage finances
