SeeAbility are recruiting for Bank Support Worker’s to join our team and support a young male with Autism in his home in Birchington.
 
As a Bank Support Worker, you will be involved in a variety of different duties such as:
• Supporting people achieve their goals and aspirations through different forms of activities• Enabling the people we support and promoting independence• Assisting with personal care when required• Administering medication after completing necessary training.
 
Applicants must be flexible regarding working hours in order to meet the needs of the service. An example of the shift patterns available are: 7am – 2:30pm, 9:30am – 4:30pm, 2 – 9:30pm and 9pm – 7am.
 
Want to work at multiple sites? – No problem! As a Bank Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work across various sites in the organisation once training is completed.
